Women make the best bosses

An article in the Sunday Times this weekend highlighted the obvious benefit of having a female boss;

"Women in the workplace appear to be more inspirational than their male counterparts, My manager is an excellent role model"

"Staff are also more likely to find their job interesting if their company has plenty of women in charge; My work is stimulating".

The article then went on to explain why so many senior manager roles are filled by women;

"It's the well-worn path of multitasking. The head of department role is very much a multitasking role, so it's oftern a woman because they have better multitasking skills than men have".
